Coconut oil  Has had so many uses in my life. I have been experimenting with this product because of an article that I read that stated it has the ability to reverse the effects of alzheimers. I just started using it to see if it affects my memory. What I did notice is that it tastes great, which means you can use it in cooking in places where olive oil is too bitter. Try making some coconut oil sweet potato fries or use it on rice instead of butter. My doctor says its great for the thyroid and i have found that it eases the symptoms of a soar scratchy throat.
