Pinky Balls
My Holistic doctor recommended that I put two Pinky balls behind my back where my adrenals are and lay down for 15 minutes a day in order to help clear out some adrenal congestion. I realized when I got injured this week that laying on Pinky balls is very similar to when when a massage therapist does some deep tissue work. The Pinky balls are only like 4 bucks each so its a really cost effective way to do some deep tissue work everyday at home.

I use one of these scales everyday to measure my weight and once a week I record my body fat %. It is a must for people who actually want results season to season. The hand held body fat % devices are good if you already have a scale that you like.

Instead of having to pay for 2 sets of dumbbells ranging from 2 lbs. to 50lbs you can get just 1 pair of the BowFlex adjustable dumbbells. They ma seep pricey at over $400 for a pair, but its cheaper to buy than all the weights and professionally installing a rack to support them. They are so great that when I lent mine to my father to try them, he ran off with them and I never saw them again!
